1. MbWay

• How it works: When selecting this option at checkout, you must enter the mobile phone number associated with your MbWay account.

• Confirmation: You will receive a notification in the MbWay app on your mobile phone to authorize the payment. You have a limited time (usually 5 minutes) to validate the transaction.

2. Bank Transfer

• How it works: After completing your order, you will receive the bank details (IBAN and SWIFT/BIC) of Diálogo Cromático, Lda. by email.

• Identification: We ask that you use your order number as a reference in the transfer so that we can identify the payment more quickly.

• Validation: The order will only be processed after confirmation of the effective credit in our bank account. Depending on the bank, this process may take 24 to 48 business hours.

• Proof of Payment: We recommend sending proof of transfer to encomendas@mclstore.pt. While this does not replace bank confirmation, it allows us to reserve your order more quickly.

Important Notes

1. Payment Deadline: Orders not paid within 48 hours may be automatically cancelled to free up stock for other customers.

2. Security: All transactions are conducted through secure channels and your bank details are never stored on our servers.

3. Invoicing: The invoice will be issued after payment confirmation and sent along with the merchandise. If you wish to have your CPF (Brazilian tax ID) on the invoice, please ensure you fill in this field during registration or checkout.
