• Islands (Azores and Madeira): €20.00 (VAT not included)

2. Free Shipping Offer
You can enjoy free shipping depending on the value of your purchase:
• Mainland Portugal: Offer on orders of €300.00 or more (net value, excluding VAT).

This offer is automatically applied at checkout, provided the destination is mainland Portugal.

3. Estimated Delivery Times
We work to ensure fast processing:
• Mainland Portugal: 2 to 3 business days (after payment confirmation).
• Islands and International: Subject to prior consultation regarding transit time (dependent on the island and method of transport).
• Customized Products: The production time is added to the transit time, with the delivery date agreed upon with the customer.

4. Weight and Volume Notes
The values ​​of R$ 7.00 and R$ 20.00 are basic rates for orders of standard dimensions.
• Adjustment Reserve: MCL - Centro Gráfico reserves the right to reassess the shipping cost if the order exceeds the weight or volume limits defined by the carriers.
• Prior Contact: In these exceptional cases, the customer will always be contacted to validate the additional cost before shipping.

5. Order Tracking
All our shipments are made with registration and tracking code. As soon as the merchandise leaves our facilities, you will receive the necessary information to track the shipment status online.

Note: The delivery address can be different from the billing address, as long as it is correctly indicated when finalizing the order on the website.
